I have a picture of my pen pal. Look! He is Jimmy. He lives in the USA. It’s next to Canada. He is handsome. He likes playing basketball and talking with others. He wants to be a basketball player in the future. He goes to school by bike. There are three people in his family. His father is a teacher.He likes reading. His mother is a nurse. She is kind to others. They go to work on foot.

I am Anna. My working day starts very early. From Monday to Friday, I get up at 3:30 a.m. I wash my face, brush my teeth and have a cup of coffee. I usually clean the house at 4:10 a.m. Then I drive my car to work. I get to the studio(播音室) at about five o’clock. My program “Morning English” starts at seven and finishes at nine. After I finish my work, I go shopping in the supermarket and visit some friends. I get home at three o’clock in the afternoon. A woman helps me with the housework. So I have time to practice Yoga and do some work.

Then my husband gets home at 6:30 p.m. and I cook dinner. We usually read books or magazines at night. Then I go to bed at 8:30 p.m.

I think my job is very interesting because I can get different information every day.

Hello, I’m Bob. I’m a coach. I like playing sports. I go to work by bike, because it’s good exercise. My father is a police officer. He goes to work by car. He likes singing. My mother is a head teacher. She likes listening to music. She often goes to work by subway. But sometimes she goes to work by taxi. My sister Jenny likes dancing. She is a factory worker. She goes to work by bus. My brother Ben is a pilot. He goes to work by subway. He likes doing word puzzles. Our family is big and happy.

Today is Sunday. It is a sunny morning. Robin is going to sit on the grass when he hears, “Wait!”

It is a little ant. He is afraid.

“Please don’t sit on me. One day I can help you.”

“Don’t worry, little ant. I won’t sit on you,” says Robin.

The next day, it is raining. Robin is in the park. He is stuck in the mud. He is worried.

Then he hears, “Let us help you!” It is the ant and all of his friends.

They are strong. They pull Robin out of the mud.

Every one is happy!

She has a brother. His name is Bob. He is only three. He likes crying. Her father is a basketball player. Her mother is a scientist. She works in a university. She likes doing experiments. They both go to work by car. They are very happy.
