Doing exercise is very important to us. Now we are under so much competition and pressure (压力) that our health is becoming worse 1． worse: poor eyesight (视力) , no enough energy (精力) for study. Those make us worry too much. We need to take part in all kinds of outdoor activities. 2． example, we can have ball games, run and swim. That’s the only way we can keep healthy and strong, study better and live happily.

3． students, we wish teachers could give us less homework so that we have 4． free time to do more sports. We also hope our school can give us more chances (机会) to do some activities which are good for us.

When autumn goes, winter comes. The weather becomes cold and the 1． falls below zero. Soon the city is covered with white snow. In America, Christmas, one of the most popular 2． comes. All the family 3． get together to celebrate the festival.
