Hi, I’m Tom. Last holiday, I took a trip with my parents. We went to Australia by plane. It was in August. We left Beijing on August 3rd. It was winter in Australia. But in Beijing it was summer. I like there because I like playing with the snow. I went skiing and took many photos. I bought many presents for my friends, too. The trip was so exciting. And we were excited. I’ll never forget it.

Xiaoyong is in London now. He arrived there three days ago. His uncle met him at the airport. They went to his uncle’s home by taxi. London is a big city. In the evening, his aunt made the traditional English dish-fish and chips for him. It was delicious. He liked it very much. They had a good time.

His mother read it to him, “Warning (警告): This pool is dangerous. 367 people fell into (掉入) it.” Jim looked into the pool carefully and said, “But where are they? I can’t see them.”

I am excited because we are going to visit the crocodile farm tomorrow. Peter is scared and says he wants to go to see the kangaroos instead.
