Title: Charlie and the Chocolate Factory Reviewed by: Jack (11 years old) | Writer: Roald Dahl Star Rating: ★★★★★ |
What’s the book about? This book tells us a story about a boy called Charlie. His family is very poor-they don’t have much money or food. There is a chocolate factory near Charlie’s house. It is Willy Wonka’s factory. Willy Wonka invites five children to visit his factory. Charlie goes inside the factory. He has a great adventure there. | My favourite character: My favourite character is Charlie because he is very kind. I don’t like the other children because they are not friendly. |
What do I think of the book? The story is very funny and there are a lot of imaginary things. It also tells us that it’s not okay to be greedy. So I give this book five stars. |

Look at the blue Earth. This is our home. There are plains(平原), mountains, rivers, lakes and oceans on our planet. There are all kinds of trees, flowers and grass on our Earth. There are all kinds of wild animals living together with us. But sometimes we do bad things to it. We waste too much water. We cut down too many trees. We hunt too wild animals for eating or wearing. We waste too much energy. Too many cars use a lot of energy. We use too many plastic bags. We shouldn’t do these things. We should save our Earth because we have only one Earth.
