An Old Cat
An old woman （女人）has a cat.The cat is very old now. She cannot (can not）run（跑）fast, and she cannot eat. One day the old cat sees a mouse, she jumps（跳起来）and catches the mouse.But she cannot eat it, so the mouse gets out of her mouth and run away.（跑开）
Then the old woman becomes very angry （变得非常生气）because（因为）the cat cannot kil（杀死）the mouse. She begins（开始）to beat（打）the cat.The cat says to her, “Don’t beat your old servant（仆人）.Don’t be hard on the old.When they were young, they could do good work.”
