It was Sunday yesterday. Mr and Mrs White took their son Tom to the zoo by car. There were many animals in the zoo. But they didn't have enough time to see all of them. They wanted to eat something. So they went to a restaurant. Mr White ate noodles for lunch. Mrs White drank some orange juice and Tom had an ice cream. They had a very happy day.

Everybody (每个人) wants to be healthy. You know food is very important (重要的). There are many healthy food. You can have more bananas, apples, oranges, tomatoes and carrots because fruits and vegetables are good for you. But don’t eat too much chocolate. It’s not good for you. It’s not good healthy food. Healthy food can make you grow (成长) and make you strong (强壮的) and happy. Remember there is a saying, “An apple a day keeps the doctor away.” Sports can also keep you healthy. Get up early and do some sports every day. Don’t be lazy! You will be healthy and happy.

On October 1^st, we went to Wuyishan in Fujian by train. We stayed at a beautiful hotel. It was cool and cloudy on October 2^nd. In the morning we climbed the moutains and went to see the waterfalls（瀑布）. We were tired, but we were happy. In the afternoon we went on a raft trip. We took some pictures. We had a lot of fun there.

It’s a fine Sunday morning. There are many people here. They are looking at Big Ben. Many of them are young and some are old. Two boys are playing football. A girl is flying a kite. There is a lake here. Mary and I are drawing near the lake. I am drawing Big Ben. I want to give the picture to my mother as a gift.

Hi, I’m Jack. Last holiday my family had a good time. We went to the zoo to see animals. My father took many pictures for animals. The animals were so cute that may visitors liked them very much. My mother went to buy some food and we fed（喂）them. After we left the zoo, we found a restaurant and ate some fresh food. The weekend was fun!

My name is Peter. I'm glad to write to you. Let me tell you something about my weekend. I went to the Great Wall last Sunday. I went there with my parents. We walked there happily. Mum bought a hot dog for me. Dad took many pictures. We came back by bus.

The children didn’t go to school last Saturday. In the morning, they did homework at home. In the afternoon, they helped mother do housework. In the evening, mother made dumplings for them. They’re delicious, the children like them very much. After dinner they watched TV, and played games with parents. What a happy family!

Jack and Jane lived near the forest (森林).Their father often said to them,” Never go into the forest. You may get lost.”

One day, Jack and Jane went into the forest. They saw many beautiful flowers. They were very happy. After some time, they felt hungry and tired.

Jane looked around. She could not find her way, she said, “We lost.” “Don't worry. Look at the stones (石头) on the ground. I dropped stones on the way. We can follow them back home.” said Jack.

Jack and Jane followed the stones back home. Their father was very happy to see them.
