It was Sunday yesterday. Mr and Mrs White took their son Tom to the zoo by car. There were many animals in the zoo. But they didn't have enough time to see all of them. They wanted to eat something. So they went to a restaurant. Mr White ate noodles for lunch. Mrs White drank some orange juice and Tom had an ice cream. They had a very happy day.

Everybody (每个人) wants to be healthy. You know food is very important (重要的). There are many healthy food. You can have more bananas, apples, oranges, tomatoes and carrots because fruits and vegetables are good for you. But don’t eat too much chocolate. It’s not good for you. It’s not good healthy food. Healthy food can make you grow (成长) and make you strong (强壮的) and happy. Remember there is a saying, “An apple a day keeps the doctor away.” Sports can also keep you healthy. Get up early and do some sports every day. Don’t be lazy! You will be healthy and happy.

On October 1^st, we went to Wuyishan in Fujian by train. We stayed at a beautiful hotel. It was cool and cloudy on October 2^nd. In the morning we climbed the moutains and went to see the waterfalls（瀑布）. We were tired, but we were happy. In the afternoon we went on a raft trip. We took some pictures. We had a lot of fun there.

An old woman wants to go to New York to see her son, she gets up early and gets to the station at nine o'clock in the morning. When does the train come and leave? She is very worried. She stops a boy and ask him. The boy looks at the woman and says “ two to two”. The old woman sits in the chair and thinks and thinks.

My name is Mike. I am from Luoyang. My friends and I had a long holiday last month. We went on a trip. I went to Beijing with my parents by plane. We visited the Great Wall and the Tian’anmen Square. Alice went to Hangzhou by train. She visited the West Lake. The West Lake is very beautiful, and she took a lot of photos. John went to Hongkong by bus. He ate delicious food and bought some clothes. We all had a good time.

Hello, friends! I’m Linda. Last summer holiday I visited London with my friends. We stayed in London for a week in July. London is in the south of England. It’s a big city and it’s very beautiful. We took lots of photos of London. We visited Big Ben, the London Eye and many other famous places. We had a lovely time there. I hope I can visit London every year.

Lily went to Beijing last week. It is the capital of China. It is in the north of China. Lily went to the Great Wall with her parents. It is so beautiful! They took some pictures. They went to the tian’anmen Square. It is so big and great! They saw many people from other countries there. They were friendly and funny. They took pictures with them. They had a good time in Beijing.

Hi, I’m Jack. Last holiday my family had a good time. We went to the zoo to see animals. My father took many pictures for animals. The animals were so cute that may visitors liked them very much. My mother went to buy some food and we fed（喂）them. After we left the zoo, we found a restaurant and ate some fresh food. The weekend was fun!
