The crow was happy. She opened her mouth to sing. The meat fell down. The fox ran quickly and got the meat.

It’s winter in Hainan. Hainan is in the south of China. It’s a good place. I really like it. In Hainan, I go to school from Monday to Friday. School starts at 8:20 in the morning and finishes at 3:30 in the afternoon. I go to school at about 7:30. I have three classes in the morning and two classes in the afternoon. I have Chinese, English, music and art. I like Chinese very much because it's interesting. Now I can speak some Chinese. I have some good friends here. They always help me learn Chinese.

I’m Jenny. I went to the park with my friend Sam yesterday. We met our friend Ann in the park. Ann could skip well. We skipped together. We took some photos. We were very happy. At about eleven, it was very hot. We bought three ice creams. There was a skipping rope, a camera (照相机) and an ice cream in my hands. I couldn’t hold (拿着) the ice cream well. I dropped it. What a pity! I bought another one. Then we came back home at half past eleven.

I am Mike. I get up at 6:00 every day. My parents and I have breakfast at 7:00. I go to school at 7:30. The bell rings at 8:00. I begin my classes. I have ten minutes to play at the playtime. At 11:40, school is over and I go home and have lunch.

Children often sit around tables in class. They sing songs every morning.
