The Spring Festival is our Chinese New Year
The Spring Festival is an important festival in China. There are different names for each year. We call it the year of monkey, the year of dog... I enjoy the Spring Festival most. It is a good time of joy. We wear new clothes and eat delicious food. Before the festival, we go shopping (去购物) and clean the houses. On the eve, we have a big family dinner. After dinner, we watch the Spring Festival Gala (春晚) on TV. On the first day of the year, we visit my grandparents and get red packets. Then we go to the temple fair (庙会) and watch the lion dances.
