Mike is twelve years old. He usually comes back from school at half past four. One day he came home at five to five. His mother said to him “You are very late today, Mike.” Come angrily, “You have cut your hand. You must have had a fight with your classmate. You are a bad boy.”
“No, Mum,” said Mike, “I haven’t had a fight with my classmate. But after class this afternoon, Tom said that I was a foolish boy and then he bit me with his teeth.”

Now boys and girls, I’ve got something to tell you. Tomorrow is Friday. It’s our open day. Your father and mother can come to visit our school. They will get to our school at a quarter to nine. They will go to the classroom first. They will sit in the classroom to watch the lessons for forty-five minutes. Then they will go to the playground. The boys of Grade Five are going to have a basketball match for the parents. At a quarter past eleven, the parents are going to have a meeting in the library. In the library, they can have tea and biscuits. The teachers will talk with them. Of course they can also ask questions about their children or about our school.
