| Hi Jerry, Did you have a good day? I just finished a meal with my family and thought of you. Early this morning, we went swimming. We do that every Saturday. After that my father wanted to have a lunch buffet (自助午餐) but we found that it takes nine hundred dollars for five people! Also, Mum said it’s not good to eat too much. Dim sum (点心) only takes five hundred dollars for all of us, so we had that for lunch instead (代替). Later, Mum wanted to show me how to choose fresh food so we went to the wet market. We got some prawns (对虾), vegetables, beef and noodles to make dinner. We spent eighty-five dollars and ninety cents. That afternoon, we had a birthday feast for my father.
