When I was a little boy, I had some bad eating habits. I like to eat fried food and drink coke. I knew it wasn’t good for my health, but it was really nice. My mother often told me that vegetables were good for me, but I didn’t like the taste. I smoked cigarettes. I also drank beer(啤酒) with my friends at the weekend.
And when I studied at university, I liked to eat sweet food. My favorite food was ice cream. I did no exercise. My girl friend asked me not to smoke because she didn’t like a boy who smoked. I gave up smoking, but I drank a lot. After I graduated(毕业) from university, I worked in a company in New York. I was busy, so I didn’t have much time to exercise.
When I was in my early twenties, I was so fat that I had to go to a health club.
Now I’m in my mid-thirties and I am careful about what I eat. I do exercise every day because l want to keep fit. I don’t eat fried food because it makes me fat. I’m glad I feel healthy now.
