If you are in big cities like Shanghai or Beijing, maybe you get to school by subway; or you have to 1． to school because you live in a mountain village. Here I am just trying to say something about bicycles and buses.

Ten years ago, bicycles were very popular in most villages. Every family had one or two of them. 2． went to school by bicycle; women rode bicycles to go shopping. Then motorcycles became popular. People no longer rode bicycles because motorcycles ran much 3． But now, in some countries bicycles are highly suggested as the man means of transportation. They think buses, cars and motorcycles pollute the air but bicycles do not.

Buses are also very 4． in our lives. In big cities, more than one third of the children get to school by bus and most people take buses to work. When we get up late, we usually take a taxi. But sometimes, we are late for school or work not because of getting up late but because of a 5． jam. Too many taxis make our streets very crowded and sometimes it’s dangerous. As for this problem, some countries have made the special roads for buses in big cities, just like trains in our country.
