I was Saturday. Chen Jie and her mother exchanged roles (交换角色). Chen Jie did her mother’s work and her mother did Chen Jie’s work. Chen Jie got up at six o’clock in the morning. She cooked breakfast. At last, she sat on the sofa. She said to her mother, “Mum, I’m so tired. It’s not easy to be a hard-working mum.” Her mother said, “It’s also not easy to be a hard-working student.” They understood (理解) each other more than before.
