Everyone wants to relax after working or studying for a long time. I have many ways of relaxing. Let me tell you some of my favorites.
Playing sports is body relaxation(放松) for many people. For me, I find it is really cool, and a good way of “relaxing” my brain (大脑) after a day’s hard work. I love sports very much, so the usual way for me to relax is to watch or play many kinds of sports. I am interested in all kinds of sports but my favorite is tennis. When I am playing tennis or watching a game of tennis on TV, it is exciting to see team members doing their best.
Listening to music is another way to relax and I always play some music CDs during my free time. I listen to all kinds of music, but beautiful light music makes me happy and pay attention(集中注意力). Some people can’t study when they listen to music, but for me, I can study well when I listen to light music.
Some people like to relax by travelling(旅行). I don’t have a favorite place, but I heard (听说) that going on a trip to Japan is really fun. I like going to different places and eating famous food. I also like feeling the different cultures in different countries.
