Good morning, my friends. My name is Eric. I’m English but I’m in Shanghai, China now.

I’m in a middle school. I’m in my classroom now. Look! Who is the woman in a red jacket? She is my English teacher Ms. Li. She’s my mother’s friend. She’s a nice teacher. And she is my favorite (最喜欢的) teacher. The girl in a green jacket is my good friend Li Hua. She is 12. Her parents are teachers.

You can find some English dictionaries in the bookcase. Ms. Li says they’re helpful to us. We can look up the new words in them. A white computer is next to the bookcase. The computer is for teachers. You can see many flowers (花) in the classroom, too. They’re in many colors: red, white and blue. I like my classroom.
