The Forbidden City, or the Palace Museum, has been considered a great museum for a long time. However, the Palace Museum has made some cultural and creative products (产品). Nowadays, such cultural and creative products have been popular among Chinese people.
Since 2007, the Palace Museum has come up with more than 9, 600 products. The products include notebooks with embroidery (刺绣) covers and dolls of emperors and empresses (皇后). The products can bring much profit (收益), about 1 billion yuan each year.
