A study of more than 80,000 British men and women in 2017 showed that those who played ball games would live longer than those who jogged (慢跑). Some scientists are interested in it. They decided to study the relation between the long life and the jog. They found the jog is better for the life than other sports. In their study, riding bicycles is the most popular activity. Many of them ride for four or more hours every week.
Finally, they found people who often ride can live 3.7 years longer than those who sit too much. Runners usually live 3.2 years longer. The tennis players usually live 9.7 years longer. The people who play badminton live 6.2 years longer and the soccer players live 5 years longer.
