In China there are many good places to tavel. Many people like going to the sea when they have holidays. Sanya is in the south of China. It has beautiful beaches. You can swim in the sea and play volleyball on the beach.

Qingdao is also a good place to visit. Qingdao is in Shandong. Many people come to Qingdao to spend holidays. Children collect shells and play with sand on the beach. People eat the delicious seafood and drink Qingdao beer. You will enjoy travelling there.

I’m Amy. My parents and I will have a three-day holiday on May Day (五一劳动节). On May 1st, we will get up early. Then we will go to Shenzhen by train at 8:00 in the morning. We are going to visit Window of the World. We can see many beautiful buildings from all over the world there. On May 2nd, we will go to Happy Valley. We can play games and take photos there. On the third day morning, we will go to Da Meisha, we will play on the beach. We can see many lovely sea (海) birds there. Then we are going to have a big lunch. We will enjoy delicious sea food. After that, we will come back to Guangzhou by bus in the afternoon. We will arrive home at about 7:00 in the evening. I think our holiday will be great. I can’t wait!

It’s the first day of the summer holiday. Janet’s family is going to Beijing with Jack’s family. They will leave at nine o’clock. They will meet at the park gate. Then they will go to the train station together. The train will leave at ten o’clock. They will arrive in Beijing at five o’clock in the afternoon.

On the second day, they are going to visit the Summer Palace. They are going to the Great Wall on the third day. They will take many photos there. Of course they’re going to visit Tian’anmen. From there they are going to Tiantan Park by bus. The fourth day is a free day. They are going to go shopping in Wangfujing Street. They will buy some Chinese clothes, too. Then they will come back home by plane.

Tom is a little boy. He is five. Today his father takes him to see his grandparents. His home is far away from his grandparents'. So they are going there by bus. There are only nine people on the bus. They all have seats. Tom is very happy. He is running on the bus. His father says, “Don't run! Sit down, please.” “I miss my grandfather and grandmother very much. I want this bus to go faster,” Tom says.

Janet’s grandparents live in Hong Kong. She always goes to visit them with her parents during the winter holiday. Winter holiday is coming. They are going to Hong Kong to spend the Spring Festival together. They will leave Guangzhou for Hong Kong early in the morning on January 18th. They will go by train. Grandparents will meet them at the Hung Hom Train Station. Then they are going to visit Disneyland. The next day her parents will take her to the Ocean Park. The Ocean Park is an interesting place to visit. They can see many kinds of sea animals there. And they will take many photos. After that they will stay at the house to do many things. They can watch TV and cook delicious meals for the Spring Festival. And they can take a walk around the Victoria Harbour during the Spring Festival. She can’t wait to go there!
