Hello! I am Lucy. This is my sister Lily. We are twins. We’re ten years old. I like dancing and Lily likes drawing (画画).

This is a picture of our room. Our room is not big, but it is very nice! Look at my red schoolbag. It is on the desk. Lily’s schoolbag is orange. It is beside the door. You can see a big doll on the bed, we both (都) like this doll. A small ball is on the floor. It is Mimi’s toy. Mimi is a lovely cat, it is yellow and white. It is under the bed now.

Last Sunday, I went to the science museum with my good friend John. We saw many dinosaurs in the hall. The tallest one is taller than both of us together. I wanted to buy a picture book about dinosaurs. But there were lots of people there. So we stayed at the museum for a long time. At last, we watched a dinosaur show in a small hall. It was amazing! We liked the show very much!

Long time ago, there was a hardworking ant(蚂蚁) and a lazy grasshopper(蚱蜢). The grasshopper liked to sing and dance, but the ant collected something to eat for the winter all day.

When winter came, the grasshopper found he had no food. He went to the ant and asked for help, but the ant said, “I can’t help you now. You spent all summer singing and dancing and you didn’t work at all.” From then on, he worked hard in the summer to collect food for the winter.

Hello! My name is Jack. I am 11 years old. It is sunny and warm today. My family are going to travel to the Great Wall. The Great Wall is in Beijing. It is about 2000 years old. It is about 6000 kilometers. I feel very excited. My mother takes some food and drinks for the trip (旅行).My father books (预定) four tickets online. My little sister is dancing and jumping happily. We are ready. It will be a great trip!

Ben has a pet（宠物）. It’s a lovely parrot: Its name is Polly. It’s red, green and yellow. It’s nice. Ben likes playing with Polly. He teaches（教） it to talk.

I’m Wangbo’s friend and I want to be your friend too. I live in Beijing but I’m not Chinese. I’m from Tokyo in Japan. I’m thirteen years old now. I study in Beijing. I like Chinese history. So I’m learning Chinese here. My parents are going to take me to America next year. So I’m going to learn English too. I hope you can help me with my English.
