Yesterday, I went shopping with Mary in the morning. The supermarket started at nine o’clock. We got up at half past eight and went to the supermarket by bus. We needed food for Wendy’s birthday. My father made a shopping list for us. We bought a big birthday cake and some fruit. We bought a dress for Wendy too. We didn’t buy any sweets, because they are bad for our teeth. After lunch, we walked to the park at three o ‘clock. We took photos in the park. And we went home at six o’clock in the afternoon. We were very tired, but very happy!

Hello, I’m Mike. Look at my classroom. It’s not big. But it is very clean and bright (明亮).There are twenty-three boys and twenty-five girls in our class. There’s a TV on the wall. It can help us learn. There are many desks and chairs. There’s a blackboard in front of the teacher’s desk. And there are three flags (旗) on the top of the blackboard. There are also many beautiful pictures on the wall. I like my classroom very much.

In the hottest days, I have more opportunities to go swimming with my parents or my friends. We are enjoying the pleasure brought by swimming in the swimming pool or in the sea. Rainforests are very wet and warm places. They are home to millions of wild plants and animals. They are very important to us and they are called “The Earth Lungs”.

The wild animals live in rainforests include tigers, birds, turtles, lizards, monkeys and other wild pets.

Brazil has the largest rainforest in the world. It’s about 1/3 the size of China.
