Just at this time, a rich man came with his horse and he wanted to tie his horse to the same tree. “Don’t tie your horse here,” said the poor man. “My horse is very wild and it will kill your horse.” But the rich man didn’t listen.
A few minutes later, the poor man’s horse killed the rich man’s horse. The rich man was angry and took the poor man to judge. The judge asked the poor man, “Did your horse kill his horse?” The poor man didn’t say anything and the judge was worried. “He is dumb. The Ant and the Grasshopper
Once upon a time, there was a grasshopper and an ant. The grasshopper was lazy, but the ant was quite the opposite. All through the summer the ant worked hard, but the grasshopper just sat on a leaf and sang.
“Why are you working so hard?” the grasshopper asked the ant one day. “You should come and sing with me.”
“I don’t have time to sing,” said the ant. “I must collect food for the winter.”
“But winter’s far away!” the grasshopper laughed. “Silly Ant! You should enjoy yourself now.” The ant was upset.
Soon the winter came. The weather became cold. There was nothing to eat. The grasshopper was very hungry so she visited the ant.
“What do you want?” said the ant when she opened the door.
“I’d like some food,” replied the grasshopper.
“Why should I give you any food?” asked the ant. “You didn’t work in summer so you have no food in winter. You should learn your lesson!”

Vienna is a beautiful old city on the river Danube. It's the capital city of Austria and the centre of European classical music. From 1750 a lot of composers and musicians came to study and work in Vienna. The most famous family of musicians was the Strauss family.
There were two composers called Johann Strauss: a father and a son. The father, Johann Strauss the elder, wrote and played music for a classical dance—a waltz. His waltzes made his famous all over Europe.
The son, Johann Strauss the younger, was even more successful and popular than his father. He wrote more than 400 waltzes and his most famous one was the Blue Danube. He wrote it in 1867. Strauss and Mozart were two of the most important composers.
Mozart was bornin Austria in 1756. Before he was six he played not only the piano, but also the violin and the organ. His family took him around Europe and he gave concerts in many cities. He wrote his first opera at the age of 12 and hundreds of beautiful pieces of music for the classical orchestra. But he died in 1791 when he was only 35. Some people say he was the greatest European composer.
