Look at the two boys. This is Jack. He is from India. That boy is John. He is from America. They are good friends. Yesterday, they went to the Great Wall. They climbed to the top. They saw lots of mountains there. They had a good time. They came home very late.
1.John is from India.I went to the sea with my parents last Sunday. The weather was hot. We put on pants and T-shirts. We played volleyball in the beach. It was funny. At first, I fell over. My father taught me how to play. Then I was able to play well. We also saw lots of fish. They were very beautiful. At 11:30, we ate delicious seafood in the Sandy Beach Hotel.
It was really a wonderful trip. We had a good time.
Yours,
Lara.
1.Lucy went to the sea last Sunday.Once, a fox fell into a well when he was trying to reach water to drink. He tried and tried to escape, but it was all in vain(白费力气). He could not get out of the well because it was too deep.
After some time, a horse came along. Seeing the fox down the well, he asked him the reason for his fall. “I am enjoying the cool, pure water,” replied the fox. “Wouldn't you like to jump in and taste it?” Without a second thought, the foolish horse jumped down the well. The moment he reached the bottom, the fox jumped onto his back and went to the top. Looking down at the unhappy horse, the fox laughed and said, “My dear friend, next time, be sure to look before you leap(跳跃).”
It was the first day of school. Tom wanted to see his new friends. He wanted to see his new teacher, too.
Tom got up early (早) in the morning. He had his breakfast at 7:00. Then he went to school by bike. He saw his friends on the playground (操场). He played hide-and- seek with them. In the afternoon, Tom met his new Maths teacher. She is Mrs Green. Tom likes Mrs Green and Mrs Green likes Tom, too.
