1. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Your body is on an empty stomach (空腹) for six to twelve hours each night. In the morning, your body needs energy (能量) for the day's work.
2. First, it can help you see others' healthy eating habits. If you usually eat with your parents, you will find that the food you eat is healthier and more delicious. Second, it is happier when you eat with your friends or family.
3. Ask yourself if you are really hungry. Sometimes you are just thirsty or bored, or you have nothing to do. So you need no food. Have a glass of water to see if you are thirsty. Try to do some interesting things or just sleep.
