Yesterday was Saturday, Zara got up at 7 o'clock. But it was raining and she couldn't go out to play. She felt bored. She helped her mum make a cake. After that she was hungry. She ate the cake with mum. That's delicious. She was very thirsty, so she drank some water. Then the rain stopped. Zara went out to play. She was very happy.

London is the capital of Britain. Do you know the London Eye? It is one of the biggest wheels in the world. The height of the London Eye is 135 meters. The London Eye goes round and round. The people on the eye can see all the scenery(风景) of the whole London. In the evening, the London Eye looks like a blue ring. It is so beautiful as well as the River Thames(泰晤士河).

Today is Sunday. I don't go to school. I get up at seven o'clock. I have breakfast at 7:30. Then I read books. At ten I make the bed. I can't cook the meal. But I can do the dishes. In the afternoon. I wash the clothes and water the flowers. After dinner. I watch TV at seven thirty. I go to bed at nine.

I’m Lily. My grandpa is ill yesterday. He was in hospital. We visited him. My grandpa likes cakes. We bought two kilos of apples, some cakes and some flowers. My grandpa ate an apple and some cakes. He was happy.

My mother used to work at a supermarket. One morning, a little boy walked up to her with his big but sad eyes and told her he was lost. Mum took his hand, gave him a hug and told him not to worry, he would find his mother.

They looked around at the market. Mum constantly（一直）asked, “Do you see your mother?” The boy answered, “No.”

Finally, Mum took the child to the front of the store. She told him to look around very carefully and asked once more, “Now, do you see your mother?”

“NO.” answered the child, “I just keep looking for my father!”

I’m Lingling. Last Sunday, I went to the supermarket with my father. I was very happy. I like going shopping. My mother made a shopping list. But my father lost it. We needed to buy lots of things. So we bought some apples, pears, juice and chocolate.             And we also bought some cheese and eggs. But my mother didn’t want to buy any eggs. She wanted to buy some bananas.

I’m your friend, Lili. This weekend, I’m going to go shopping with my grandpa. I am very happy. We need lots of things. So I make a shopping list. I want to buy some apples, oranges, bananas and eggs. And I also want to buy some milk, apple juice and cola. My grandpa wants to buy some other things. There are lots of things at the supermarket. I like going shopping very much. Do you like it?

   Last Sunday I went to the supermarket with my parents. We walked there. On the way, we met John. He went to the supermarket, too. John and I are in the same class. In the supermarket, we bought lots of food, including two bags of sweets, two kilos of noodles, five cakes and so on. And John bought a book about animals for his sister.
