Many things can effect (影响) our feelings, such as weather and colours. Sunny days can make us happy and excited. Rainy days or cloudy days may make us sad or upset. Bright colours like red and yellow can make us feel happy. Dark colours like blue and black may make us unhappy.
Many people can effect our feelings, such as family members and friends. Our family members can make us feel warm and beloved. When we need help, our friends’ help can make us forget bad things and feel much better.
We can effect our feelings by ourselves, too. If I feel sad, I will listen to soft music or see a funny film. Sometimes running or walking can make me feel happy. You can try it if you feel unhappy.
