A lion was sleeping at home. A mouse (老鼠) ran across his face and woke him up .The lion was angry , he caught the mouse with his (抓子), and wanted to kill (杀死) him. He ran to the net and began to work. He gnawed (咬) the ropes (绳子) with his teeth (牙齿), then the lion was free (自由). “There!” said the mouse. “You laughed at me when I promised (承诺) that I would repay you. Now you see that a small mouse can help a big lion.”
