During June Day, my parents took me to Dalian. It was my first time to see the sea.
The blue waves beat on the rocks along the seashore and turned into spray(浪花), I couldn’t tell the sea from the sky, because they were just so far away from us. When we sat on the seashore, waves came and stroked(击打) our bodies. Then my father and I swam in the sea together, but my mother couldn’t swim at all. She stood there and watched us swimming. Suddenly, a hill-like wave came over us. So I swallowed a mouthful of sea water. It was salty and bitter, but I was glad to taste real sea water for the first time.
Now I often think of sea. How lovely the sea was! I hope I can go there next time.
